But that doesn’t tell the whole story.
Panesko first banned me from calling the show after the 2000 elections simply because he cannot beat me in a debate. Then he let me back on in 2003 in exchange for taking my signs off the back of my truck and taking him off my web site, but he kept cutting me off and limiting my calls to only one day a week when he allowed his right-wing anti-government callers to call in twice a week. So I tied up his phone lines so nobody could call in. A sympathetic judge gave him an anti-harassment order against me.
The judge’s decision to grant Panesko his anti-harassment order was a mockery of justice. An anti-harassment order is for people who really need it, not for some insecure rich guy.
That was a political issue for Panesko to figure out how to treat me the same way he treats his right-wing anti-government callers.
So in conclusion, Panesko banned me from the show long before the anti-harassment order and I never threatened Panesko with physical harm. There never was any criminal case.
But Panesko is so insecure, he wants his right-wing anti-government fans to think he is so important that the court had to step in to protect him.
You have to keep in mind that there were three talkshow hosts before Panesko came along and I never had any trouble with them. They let everybody talk. But Panesko is a very insecure man. He can’t stand it when somebody disagrees with him.
Panesko might be a big man on the radio where he controls the microphone, but out here, I’M the boss. He can’t write a letter to the editor like I can because he knows I will respond. He can’t try to be a big man at a political function because he knows I will respond. He can’t run for political office because he knows I will be sitting right next to him. I’ve got him in exile in his little radio studio up on the hill.
And I’m not done yet. Stay tuned.
